Tauja and Friends is a series of one- to three-minute educational interstitials that will introduce children to a rich cast of lovable Northern characters. Tauja, a precocious 10-year-old girl, and her best friend, a lemming named Kalla, spend time visiting friends, fishing, playing on the land, and engaging in many other Northern activities. Tauja and Kalla work with the audience to help solve problems by counting, matching colours, learning about sizes and shapes, and other preschool-appropriate learning objectives.
